Each Jim Phelps Signature Collection plan comes in the form of an erasable vellum (Reproducible Vellum Design Kit) or CAD files on CD (Electronic Design Kit) and either may be modified.

The structure is designed using the 2000 Edition of the International Residential Code. Specific jurisdictions may require more or less stringent application of load. Check with your local code official to determine if further review of the structural layout is required by a professional engineer in your jurisdiction.

Each plan set contains adequate information and details for the construction of the home. The following is included in a set of plans.
